Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you well and that you have all had a restful and enjoyable summer break. We are very much looking forward to welcoming our students back to school over the coming weeks. For full return-to-school information, please check previous correspondence through the school website and on the Vsware app. Some further updates are as follows;
New School Building Update
I am writing to inform you that the transition into the new school building has been delayed until the end of September. We understand this news may be disappointing; however, please be assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure the new building is ready as soon as possible. In the meantime, teaching and learning will continue as usual in our current buildings, where our focus remains on providing a safe and engaging learning environment for all our students.
Your continued support on this matter is greatly appreciated, and I will share updated move-in details and schedules as soon as they are confirmed.
Book Scheme Collection
A second collection day for book and stationery packs has been scheduled for Friday, August 22nd, from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
Collections will take place in the main foyer of the upper building. We ask that you bring a bag or box with you to carry your packs.
Mobile Phones, Recording Devices & Internet Policy
Phones and electronic devices must be switched off and kept out of sight at all times on campus, including before and after class, during breaks, and lunch. Devices should remain stored in bags or lockers and not be carried in pockets. Full
Access to the School Campus
For the safety of all students, please note that access to the school campus is only available via our main entrance. Drop-offs and pick-ups are to be made via the lower building's turning circle only. There is strictly no access via the back of the school campus.
We look forward to a great new school year and thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Best wishes,
Caroline Doherty.
