Dear Parent/Guardian,

1st Year Parent Teacher Meeting

The Parent Teacher Meeting is an important opportunity for parents and guardians to meet with teachers and find out how your son or daughter is progressing.

The Parent Teacher Meeting for parents/guardians of 1st Year students is on:

Wednesday 26th November 2025 from 4.00pm to 6.20pm. 

Advice on how to get the most out of the meeting:

1. On arrival check-in at reception in the Lower Building.

2. Come as early as possible as queues develop for teachers who teach more than one class group.

3. Bring a pen/pencil to record feedback from teachers.

4. Plan to spend about 3 or 4 minutes with each teacher. If you are spending longer with a teacher it would be better to arrange to meet with the teacher at a separate time.

VSware support will be available in the Deputy Principals office for anyone who is has any queries on the platform
