6th Year Parent Teacher Meeting

The Parent Teacher Meeting is an important opportunity for parents and guardians to meet with teachers and find out how your son or daughter is progressing.

The Parent Teacher Meeting for parents/guardians of 6th Year students is on:

Monday 6th October 2025 from 4.00pm to 6.20pm. 

Advice on how to get the most out of the meeting:

1. On arrival check-in at reception in the Lower Building.

2. Come as early as possible as queues develop for teachers who teach more than one class group.

3. Bring a pen/pencil to record feedback from teachers.

4. Plan to spend about 3 or 4 minutes with each teacher. If you are spending longer with a teacher it would be better to arrange to meet with the teacher at a separate time.

Important

It is normal practice for 6th Year students to attend the Parent Teacher Meeting and to be present for the consultation between parent and teacher. However, in the interest of fairness to all who attend the Parent Teacher Meeting, students may not join a queue to “hold” a place for a parent who is in another queue.
