Congratulations to Max and Rhys on Jiu Jitsu medals

Max O' Sullivan and Rhys Roberts with their All Ireland BJJ medals. Max won Gold at featherweight and Rhys won silver at heavyweight in the novice category at the recent All Ireland Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Championships. They both train out of Gracie jiu jitsu in Greencastle community centre under coach John Brown
