Dragon's Den @ MCC

The 4th year Business class organised a Dragons Den for all 1st year students on Dec 11 2014. This event was very successful with a lot of work and initiative displayed by students in the morning’s workshop. The afternoon show was held in the GP hall with Kyle Dougal welcoming the ‘Dragons’ – Mary Mc Cauley (Mc Cauley Properties), Sadie Carey (Cosy Cottage), Ciaran Mc Kenna (Centra) and MCC’s Gareth Foynes. The finalist had to give a presentation and answer any questions from the Dragons on stage in front of their peers and credit must be given to their confident and enthusiastic approach to the task. The overall winners were a group from Class M Mc Fadden with Niamh Skelly coming up with idea of Christmas stocking cutlery holders. Well done to all the 1st years and 4th year Business class.
