I am changing the return days for year groups so as to better cater for students return. This decision, I have taken, following discussions with the critical incident team of the college. Third years will return to school twice next week. On Wednesday they will return on their own for 2 - 3 hours to work with their tutors and guidance counsellors. On Friday they will be present with other year groups to prepare for the new rules, regulations, priorities and protocols as a result of Covid 19.
The relevant dates for staff and students are as follows:
August 31st, 2020: All teaching staff return on a full-time basis.
September 1st, 2020: 1st Years return from 9 am to 12.35 pm
Staff meetings all day.
September 2nd, 2020: 3rd Years attend from 9 am to 12 noon approx.
Staff meetings all day.
September 3rd, 2020: 2nd and 5th Yrs. attend
All others remain at home.
September 4th 2020: 1st, 3rd, and 6th Yrs. attend from 9 am to 12.35 pm
September 7th, 2020: LCA and TY classes attend for induction.
Normal classes for all other students.
September 8th, 2020: Normal timetabled classes for all students.
