Donegal Youth Council Elections

The DYC elections were held in MCC on Wednesday 26th October to elect a representative for the school. The candidates were

Lewis Rule - 1st year

Finín Lynch - 3rd year

Joshua McKinney - 6th year

It was a busy morning as every student in the school voted for their preferred candidate. We had representatives from Foróige, Mental Health Ireland and Donegal County Council who helped to organise the election along with our Student Council.

Congratulations to Finín Lynch who has been chosen by the students in MCC to represent them in the Donegal Youth Council. Good luck in your new role. And well done to our two runners up for participating in the elections.
