One World Week - Class Browne CSPE Project

On Monday 23rd of November 3rd year Class Browne arranged for Ms.Sylvia Katete Gavigan to come into the school as part of their CSPE project. She is the Ugandan Consolate for Ireland. The class presented her with fair trade baking in the morning and then students enjoyed a presentation from Ms.Sylvia. In the presentation students were learning what a typical day would be for a student in a secondary school in Uganda. Class Browne now have the job of raising awareness of a link MCC are making with St.Josephs secondary school in Uganda. With this link we hope St.Josephs can gain knowledge from MCC and MCC can gain knowledge from St.Josephs in return.
