Book Rental - Book Returns

1st years book returns All textbooks must be returned to your subject teacher by Thursday 26 th May. They will include your textbook for English, maths, Irish and French. Any lost or damaged books must be paid for. 3rd and 6th year book returns All textbooks must be returned to school before your last exam. Books can only be returned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the exams between 12.00 - 2.00. There will be a collection point in the foyer of the upper building at these times and you must sign your name to prove your book has been returned. Books cannot be returned outside these hours. Dragon's Den @ Moville Community College

Ms. Donaghy's 5th Year Business class ran a very successful 'Dragon's Den' event this afternoon. More details to follow... First Year students with their mentor Emma Holmes pitching their concept to the 'Dragons'. Traditional Music Night

Ceolan School of Music and Moville Community College presents a night of traditional music, song and dance on Thursday 17th May at 7pm in St. Eugene's Hall, Moville. This is a fundraiser for Moville Community College. (Adult €5, Child/Student up to 18 years old €3)

Positive Mental Health Week

Monday 25th April On Monday, the senior students got to go to the meditation room where they got the chance to relax. At lunchtime there was a photo booth in the mental health area. The students got to come and dress up and have their picture taken with their friends which they really seemed to enjoy. The quotes for the day were: “Darkness cannot drive out the darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that” and “Every day is a second chance”. Tuesday 26th April Stuart mc Kinley and Torin Boyd played live music in the upper building beside the second year lockers. The topic in the mental health was “tips to help with sleeping”.
